Vogl Falt-Fix® – precise gypsum corners, faster
A gypsum element with a factory-milled V-groove and pre-applied adhesive strip is folded on site to the required angle – without separate adhesive, primer or drying time.
- Precise V-groove
- 8 standard angles
- Less finishing work

Installation
Four steps. One clean corner.
Falt-Fix arrives flat for space-efficient transport. The factory-applied adhesive strip makes forming the corner quick and consistent.
1
Delivered flat
The element is easier to transport, handle and adapt to the exact dimensions on site.
2
Remove the release liner
Remove the release liner from the factory-applied Vogl Falt-Fix adhesive strip.
3
Fold and press together
Bring the sides into their final position and press the bonding surfaces firmly together.
4
The corner is ready
The bond achieves high initial strength immediately, and the element is ready for installation.
Why Falt-Fix?
Fewer steps, a more reliable result
The factory-prepared element helps produce straight, repeatable corners while reducing wet work and finishing on site.
No additional adhesive
No separate liquid adhesive or priming of the bonding surfaces is required on site.
No drying time
The adhesive strip develops high initial strength as soon as the element is pressed together.
Precise geometry
The factory-milled V-groove supports clean, straight and consistent edges.
Easy to handle
Delivered flat, the element takes up less space and is better protected from damage during transport.
Less finishing work
The precise prefabricated element helps reduce filling and corrective work.
Consistent repeatability
Factory-milled V-grooves help produce matching elements with consistent geometry.
All eight standard angles
The standard Vogl Falt-Fix range covers angles of 45°, 60°, 75°, 90°, 105°, 120°, 135° and 150°.

Which standard angles are available?
The standard range includes 45°, 60°, 75°, 90°, 105°, 120°, 135° and 150°.
Can the angle be adjusted after folding?
Yes. According to the manufacturer, the angle can be adjusted by ±2° after bonding.
